I would like to respectfully honour the four Nations on whose land we live and learn: The Sinixt, the Secwépemc, the Ktunaxa, and the Syilx Okanagan. We are grateful for the ongoing connections and relationships with Knowledge Holders and Elders from each of these Nations as they support our students and staff with Indigenous culture, history, environmental stewardship, and language.
We are very excited about the new Indigenous Education Website and hope you will take some time to explore the site to learn about what we do and how we support staff, students, and families in Revelstoke. We plan to add information, resources, and newsletters throughout the year, so please keep coming back to see what is happening.
